Absolutely have loved Franklin since I bought my first house in 1999 and have always liked ACE. Great customer service, attention to customer and details and you never feel under served whether buying light bulbs, door hardware or anything. Say goodbye to big warehouse stores and get what you need from people that really want to help you - at Franklin’s Ace!!!!
Are you kidding me?? I came in for a replacement brass sprinkler valve body that ACE sold for $82 because the bleeder valve was stripped. Instead, Eric drills out the old bleeder, rethreads the opening and sells me a replacement bleeder for $3.99. These guys are amazing. Thank you Eric and the top-notch Franklin's Hardware team!!!
The best hardware and home improvement store around in terms of inventory and employees who help you. If you need something, they either have it or can get it. Broken? They can fix it if anyone can. Personal service is not lost in this store.
It is so refreshing to meet staff that are available to help, a store that has almost everything that one needs...a step back in time when service was as important as having the item. Home Depot and Lowes can never even come close and often don't have the item that they should have. Highly recommend Franklin's...let's keep them around so we don't waste our time and fuel.
Thanks to all the Franklin staff.
Franklin Hardware is like Gelson's Market, if you can't find it there it dose not exist.
Cool small hardware store, super helpful always!
Ok. So I've been living close to Franklin's for over 8 years now and I can't believe I've never been in here. The place is much bigger than it looks from the outside and they carry a great variety of things. I went with my son to pick up a staple gun to get our holiday lights up and everyone was nice and SUPER HELPFUL. That's something you can never get at the big stores. The gentleman helping us gave me lots of information about the staple guns available and even let me test them. He opened the package I purchased and showed me how to load it. My son liked the free candy canes. (It's the little things.) We'll definitely be coming back here again for sure.
Franklin's Hardware is a true gem for our community in the Valley. They provide a product and free advice for most DIY projects. This is a combination that is hard to beat by the box retailers. The prices are fair and the fact that the store is staffed with old school electricians and plumbers makes Franklin's an invaluable resource and a phenomenal value for the do-it-yourselfer. The cashiers are friendly and ready to smile; the store staff is knowledgeable and ready to help. Many times I have taken on a repair project that I thought was a bit over my head, but going to Franklin's made it possible to tackle it and save money. I take the part that needs replacement, take pictures of the situation and head over to Franklin's to speak to one of their professionals to have him/her say more often than not, "Ok, here is what you will need and here is what you need to do..." How cool is that?Simply an awesome place and awesome people. I would give Franklin's 6 stars if I could.
The ol' neighborhood place where the service is attentive, knowledgable, and professional. All you need in one place. Just had some locks re-keyed and they all work! Try that at Home Depot or Lowe's. LOLLove this place. You will also I bet.
